East Upriver Drive

Welcome to my humble abode, the room has a decent sized closet and access to a personal bathroom. The walls were damaged a bit by the previous roommates but you won’t be held responsible for that obviously. Room also comes with internet access that could support a business. The location is a 5 minute walk to the river and about less than 10 minute drive to Spokane Community College. It’s kinda right in the dead middle of Spokane and the Valley.

My name is Devon. I’m not super social at first and that might not change much. I play video games in my free time so if I’m not at work that’s usually what I’m doing, although I do enjoy chatting in between but I wouldn’t expect a hangout session. I also have friends over about twice a week typically to hangout. I do own two pets a cat and a 10 week puppy. The cat loves people and won’t cause you any issues besides trying to cuddle you and get pets out of you, the puppy is a different story. We’re still going through crate training and potty training as well. You will not have any responsibility in taking care of him, but he sometimes does whine in his crate which can be heard from the rooms upstairs. Unfortunately I have no way of fixing this but with time. But he’s still very loving and is very cute. Due to this though I cannot have any other pets in the townhouse.
