Private room and bath in a spacious 2 floor “townhouse”-style apartment! The bedroom is upstairs, with a private bathroom right across the hall. Downstairs is a fully equiped kitchen, dining room, and living room with a nice home theater setup. There’s also a half-bathroom downstairs for guests (or avoiding having to run upstairs). You get your own underground parking spot. The apartment has central A/C and heat. And there’s a washer/dryer in the unit, so no annoying trips to the laundromat.

The bedroom is partially furnished, including a desk, two bookshelves, a closet, and an inflatable queen-sized mattress, though you’ll probably be more comfortable long term with a permanent bed.

We’re in the neighborhood of Midcity, which as the name would suggest, is centrally located. Just off of the 10 Freeway, with easy access to Downtown, Culver City, Koreatown and Hollywood.

You’d be sharing the apartment with me, a composer who works from home. I’m laid back and easy to get along with, and looking for someone who would hopefully enjoy watching TV or gaming together.
