Spacious room with small walk-in closet, and large window, right across from bathroom. Upstairs unit of a duplex home. Large shared living room area and big kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Shared backyard with lots of space, large shed, and large basement with TONS of storage and personal washer/drier. Great landlords and great location. I have lived here for 2 years and I love it. Room is unfurnished, rest of apartment is furnished. Utilities we split are gas, electric, and internet. Usually around $35 per person in the summer and $80 per person in the winter.

I am a female in my late 20s and I work long hours in health care. I like spending time outdoors, walking around the neighborhood, playing board games, hanging out with friends, and cooking at home. I am quite clean. I have a long distance partner and we spend time visiting each other. My roommate moved out of state so I am looking for the right fit! Flexible move in time now until August.
