Smyrna is a great location if you want more of a lowkey style community. Pool area is amazing and the clubhouse has amenities and games such as a golf simulator, pool, ping-pong, shuffleboard, a small movie theater room, a business area, and a massive lounge area. Apartment is also amazing. Complex requires a background/credit check so must have decent credit and a stable income. All utilities are included besides electric (usually about $30-$40 per month). Apartment has dishwasher, fridge, washer/dryer, balcony, spacious closets, etc. You would also get the master bedroom, which has your own bathroom as well as a glassed-in shower (ignore the mess in the room, roommate is still in process of moving out). The room will come fully furnished if you move in by June 30th, otherwise I will have to sell the mattress, bed frame, etc.

My name’s Danny and I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease which runs through March 1st, 2024. I’m a really laid back guy, I like watching sports or playing video games when I’m not working, or just chilling out by the pool. I’m 22 years old and I’ve only lived in TN for almost 3 months, so I’m still looking for new friends and whatnot, as well as getting acclimated to the area. I like going out to the bars on the weekend, although Broadway not so much but every now and then I’ll dabble. I’m clean and regularly work on cleaning the place when necessary or when I have the time.
