Sanad's room

This is a 5 bedroom and 3 bath home with the intention of renting two upstair private bedrooms which will share one bathroom. As well as a downstairs bedroom with a private bathroom. This is for individual occupants only. No smoking, no pets.

The kitchen is currently undergoing a remodel and will be ready for move in by mid June at the latest.

If you are a medical professional/student that’s a huge plus! And would prefer individuals who do not work remotely from home.

Hello! I am the current occupant and I am a medical worker (resident physician) at Loma Linda University Medical Center. I’m pretty quiet as work keeps me out of the house most of the day and very routine oriented. I like to host the occasional poker night and UFC watch party. I’m pretty good on the grill and you’ll always be welcome to help yourself on grilling days! If you are a medical professional/student that’s a huge plus!
