Furnished room available immediately!

We have two rooms available, one of which is furnished and the second is unfurnished, at $750 each, in a single story 1700sq.ft home. Both rooms do not need to be rented if only one room is needed.

Preferred stay is 6 months with lease options up to 1 year. The bathroom is shared with another roommate who is clean, organized, and respectful of space. Space for personal items are available in the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. All common areas are shared. You will have access to the washer and dryer located in the home.

No pets are allowed.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

We don’t mind if you smoke, but it must be done outside.

The home is located in the Tartesso neighborhood location in the city of Buckeye, 3.5 miles off of the I-10 on Sun Valley Parkway.

You will be sharing this home with 2 other roommates a male and female. They are both calm and quiet, work a lot, and both very respectful of other peoples property, privacy, and space.
