Some of the rooms are being rented as a private room and some are being rented as a private room with the option of sharing the room.

Here are your options.

1. Master, rent entire room, $2600 or split the costs for two people at $1400 per person. Two sinks, full bath, and two closets.
2. Downstairs private room with shared full bath, $1700.
3. Upstairs private room A, $1600 with shared full bath.
4. Upstairs private room B, $1600 with shared full bath.
5. Very large bonus room. Rent the entire room for $2300 or split the costs for two people at $1250 per person.
