I have a great room, in a big house 4 br 3 levels Huge room (12 X 18) with a walkin closet..you could literally have your bed, desk,and living space with a couch in the room .. lots of morning sunlight ( 2 double windows) In a small quiet subdivision (13 houses) very safe … The house is large allowing great privacy .. we could barely see each other or be friends .. both work for me… Possibly the nicest place you’ve ever lived . The room is over the garage .. set away from the rest of the house great for your privacy and quiet

I’m the home owner .. One younger female renter now. If I took in a second renter, any existing tenant would have input .. Retired male… non judgmental you being you is fine with me .. we can share views or NOT.. why am I renting a room it’s amazing how poor you become when you retire lol .. the extra income helps …. If you question why I prefer females feel free to ask .. I dont post my photo if you have interest I’d be happy to share my Face before we met .. while you can’t judge a book by the cover … depending on your personality we will hardly see each other.. (the house is large and allows to keep distance easily) ..or we might be friends …
