I’m a student at OCC and I live at The Harbour, apartment style dorms for students so it is on campus but is also open to people that don’t go to the school. I’m leaving for the summer and looking to sublease for JUNE & JULY only! I can be out as soon as May 24. You can continue to lease with The Harbour afterwards but this is a good short term commitment to try it out and see how you like it. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath and each room is shared between two people. It is fully furnished. The girl I share my room with is quiet & respectful. Must be a female to live here

There are lots of lounges, balconies, hammocks, grills, courtyards & hangout spots here! 10 to 15 minutes from the beach! A nice living situation in the heart of OC
