Flooded Field Dr

This is a four-bedroom house with only one person (me) living here, AND a few pets. You would have one, or both of the front bedrooms (negotiable rent on both rooms). The front of the house is pretty much its own wing. Community pool, parking, utilities, internet, full use of the house, and a large backyard with a vegetable garden and soon-to-be-producing, fruit trees will be at your disposal. A screened-in patio, with a sitting area, a fountain, and some harmonious music ( if you wish) is always available. Alex is in the kitchen (she’s a wealth of knowledge) and she always has your favorite tune.

It’s just me, well, and my dog, cat, and my bunny. We are a happy indoor family, so if you have allergies, you may want to reconsider.
We clean our own messes daily (for respect) but once a week we (you too) will do a 1-hour, mandatory cleaning of the community areas. I work too much, so a calm, happy, drama-free house is mandatory.
