House Details: 3 Bedrooms in use by us, 3 private furnished/or unfurnished bedrooms available for roomies, shared hallway full bath for roomies (but 3 separate storage spaces), shared fully equipped & stocked kitchen (multiple fridges and pantry areas), separate multiple living room spaces/eating areas for fam/roomies, open floorplan, multiple gas fireplaces for winter & AC for the summer. Shared Washer and dryer, and kitchen: dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, fridge, double oven, gas stove. Shared use of home gym: Peloton, Ellipse Machine, Treadmill. Access to neighborhood pool, tennis/pickleball courts and volleyball court. Ability to store a kyak/paddleboard at clubhouse for access on Lake Washington. Aviator Bonus: Use of airplane simulator for free practice and access to a CFII for questions.

Refundable security deposit of $1,595. Initial 1 month lease (you try us out, we’ll try you out…then will extend with flexible lease terms. Ultimately looking to keep rented for a longer term).
