Jeanette's room

This is the entire upstairs of the home. I am on the edge of Alpharetta and about 12 minutes to downtown Woodstock. The upstairs is private, there is a door at the top of the stairs, upon entering into a hallway there are two bedrooms, one with a large walk in closet and king size bed and the other with a large closet. In the hallway there is another large closet for linens or whatever extras you have. Across from that is a full bathroom. One room can be used as a bedroom and the other a tv room/office whatever. It has its own heat/ac unit also. The space is currently furnished but can be unfurnished. Shared kitchen, living, both dining spaces, covered deck with grill. The pictures need to be updated, I am getting the space ready now after my last tenant. There is a full basement if any extra storage is needed. I am very laid back and easy to be around. I keep things neat and clean, it’s a relaxed household but professional. Pets can be considered. Scammers need not contact! Geez there are so many on this site.

This is a 4 bedroom house and I am in the owners suite. I am renting a room on the main floor to another tenant (M ) that is a great person and roomate. The upstairs is for one renter also which is what this post is about, so you would be the third person in the home. I have a small dog, he is a freeloader and doesn’t pay bills, but tries to run the house.
