Looking for a male roommate in NW Denver to take large 1 bed / 1 bath in a 2x2 townhouse July 1 2023 - March or April

About the space: just off 52nd ave and Federal, easy access to I25 and I70. Walking distance to Starbucks, Regis University, 51st and Zuni park etc. Bedroom is large with high ceilings, large walk in closet, and private attached bathroom. We will share the kitchen/dining area, basement living area, back patio, and roof top patio. Parking spot on the driveway. No pets. Some pics included below, but be aware the existing furniture is not mine and will be gone before move in.

Rent is $1200 + split utilities with me. Security deposit $1000 refunded

My name is Reese and I am a 24 year old engineer that works from home. I enjoy spending my time with my friends and girlfriend, skiing, hiking and camping. I am very laid back and enjoy watching Denver sports teams on TV. I grew up playing hockey in GA and still enjoy team sports, mostly basketball. I have guests over frequently but we are never noisy or disruptive.
