Looking for a roommate in a two-bedroom apartment in Hermosa Beach. Furnished living room/kitchen and potentially furnished bedroom, lots of natural light. One full bathroom with two sinks, one garage spot, and one driveway spot (street parking usually works fine too). Laundry is included in the building. About a 5 min walk to the water, 10 min to the pier. Beautiful rooftop views as well!

I am a sales engineer for an aerospace company. I work from home when I’m not traveling to see customers. Our place is very well-kept, and we have utilized a cleaning service twice a month.
