Live close to all shopping centers, Walmart, Food 4 Less, stater brothers, and restaurants.Will be willing to take down nautical decorations if that’s not your style. Will start with one roomie;when or if I get a second Roomie will be willing to knock down your rent, because that’s only fair when you start sharing the bathroom with someone else, laundry room, etc.
