“..seeking 1-2 roommates to join our house in intentional living. The home is, 5br, 2bath in Church Hill, located close to Jefferson Park. We’re currently three queer/trans people, seeking like-minded folks with which to cohabitate. Rent is $2150+utilities($500-$700)and will be split 4-5 ways depending on number of number of folks who end up living with us. Pets are welcome and we are an alcohol-free but 4/20 friendly household. Move-in would be May 31st/June 1st. We’ve had a roommate suddenly leave so if we don’t get a new person soon the house will likely fall through.
