About the room
LOCATION: The apartment is in a great spot just above the UES with a five minute walk to the 6 line and a ten minute walk to the Q. Also right between the uptown and downtown M15 route, so transportation is a breeze. Easy walking or bike access to both the conservatory garden and Randall’s Island park!
AMENITIES: washer and dryer are in-unit and we even have a private outdoor space with a grill. You will have your own bathroom and window AC unit.
ROOM: The room is pretty large with a great sized closet. Can come furnished with a full size bed and desk if you want, or you could fit a larger bed in there. Window faces the street.
About the roomies
ME: I’m mostly quiet and introverted and keep to myself downstairs, no need to worry about a lot of guests or parties from me lol. Super into manga/anime and arts+crafts, so if we have that in common I’m sure we’ll get along swimmingly. I have a cat who’s very nice to people and less nice with other animals, but has lived with and will tolerate another cat.
