Room for rent 3/2 in Cherrywood East Austin

Hi potential housemate! We are two ladies 30 & 38, looking for a third in that range to live with us starting anytime in June or beginning in July.

Rent: $910, utilities range $100-170 per month. Require a deposit of $750 but that can be broken up into 2 months. The house is awesome and centrally located in the Cherrywood neighborhood close to Mueller. Giant fenced in back yard with patio and raised beds (we love plants), bike shed and a chill front porch where we watch storms come in and people watch everyone walking through our neighborhood. Super close to an awesome park that has a baseball field, tennis courts, skate park, basketball court and a community garden. Green friendly in all the ways.

The house has two fireplaces (fancy!), a dining nook room, living room, yoga/office room, super lovely kitchen (giant stove, dishwasher) and two bathrooms. You would share a bathroom and we do have a w/d in the garage. Lots of storage in the attic and a shelf in the garage.

Looking for: a drama free, cat-loving woman in the 30-40 age range who is awesome and doesn’t have a lot of stuff, the house is fully furnished and there is limited storage in the garage. Not a party house and we keep it pretty chill, we’re always so busy! Your room is not furnished and has a closet and two big windows which provide a lot of light.
