Hi! Looking for 1 more female housemate to fill 1 more room in a house I am living in. Available in beginning of June.

There will be a total of 4 people occupying separate rooms.

I occupy the master bedroom, while three housemates will share the outer bathroom and rooms

There are 2 medium sized, calm puppies! 1 is mine and the other is my current housemates.

Looking for a calm and quiet person, since we all work. We would appreciate a person that will: - generously clean around the house without asking

• take out main trash occasionally
• put away dishes
• dog friendly and doesn’t mind letting them out of rooms when owners work.

We all pitch in to keep the house liveable :)

Guests are allowed for visit and inside the house, as long as housemates are notified prior. There are quiet hours and any overnight stays is once a month only.

1 parking in the front of the house is reserved for me, the other spot will be rotated monthly amongst other housemates. Side street parking always available. Very close to SJSU and Downtown area!

There is a teacher that lives in the master bedroom and owns a dog that is also living there. There is also a nursing student that lives there with another dog as well. An SJSU graduate student is also living there. Age ranges are around 22 to 30 years old.
