I have a 2500 sq ft house on a quiet cul de sac for rent. We are asking either $250/week or $500 every 2 weeks. We have been burned by roommates before and we would just like to be cautious. No pets. Couples ok as long as there’s no drama. For couples it would be $350/week. It includes all utilities. All you have to do is buy your own food. There is also a deposit of $500 for single and $750 for couples. We are laid back. We work hard and just want respectful, reliable, responsible people to stay in our home. Times are tough these days and we would like to help someone who is looking for a comfortable place to live
