Welcome to a new beautiful single family home that gives you all the perks of a country feel but 15 minute drive into the city.
Shepherdsville is within a 5 minute drive to shopping and dinning. I offer a two-bedroom and private bathroom with shared living room and kitchen. The kitchen is big enough for us to have our own sides of cabinets and pantry. I will pay all utilites and I would welcome a friendly dog (additional charge many apply for cleaning). I have a large fully fenced back yard for the pets to go in and out freely. I am in the military and would love someone who is clean, and respectable of appropriate quiet times.

I am in the Air National Guard, and love to go on long hikes with my 5 year old labrodoodle. I have an adult daughter who is going to college and I have completed my education so I dont attend college but appreicate those that are still in the process of achieving theirs. I am originally from Wyoming so I love this area because it is close enough to the city, but far enough to give me a country feel. I also love to work out and eat healthy. I have a large open concept living room with most common streaming services. I look forward to only series inquiries.
