Location is excellent: QFC(grocery) is essentially on the doorstep, and the light rail is just a couple of minutes away. I often walk to/from work at SLU. Safe area, with lots of eateries, bars and coffee places in walking distance. Walking distance to bus stop connecting downtown.
Move-In Costs
About myself: 25y/o male. I try to get outdoors as often as I can, mostly to hike/climb. I’m pretty quiet in the apartment and often read/play video games in my spare time. I keep the apartment cleanly, if not always uncluttered, and have never had issues with previous roommates. Looking for someone of similar-ish age to share the apartment with. I do work from home pretty often, so I need the apartment to be calm during business hours. Otherwise, I’m open to visitors/music/etc within reason 🙂 All of the furniture pictured in the common areas is mine and will remain. Of the stuff pictured in the room itself, the dresser, table, chair, and bedframe will be left behind. Memory foam Mattress/2 Memory foam pillows/ comforter is available for sale.
