Automatic approval, easy to sign the housing contract here. I’m subleasing my personal bedroom and bathroom in a 3 bedroom unit at the Arch, Denton. It’s a really good rate, a one time $76 activation fee and utilities are very cheap. Normally no more than $40 ish dollars. The unit is student accommodated and very spacious. Please reach out with questions! The move in date is August 18 but can be negotiated.

Two other students will be living in the unit this coming semester, but I do not know much about them. Everyone has their own room and private bathroom, the only shred spaces will be the kitchen and living room. You’ll learn about them as you continue the housing process.
