We have a room available for rent in our large shared home. Quiet residential area of Citrus Heights. We are looking for a friendly, discrete roommate who will respect and appreciate privacy as you can expect the same from us. Wireless internet available. Multiple fruit trees on property and beautiful large grape arbor covering driveway. Guests welcome but no parties. No pets, no drama, Two kitchen areas, three laundry areas All common areas, kitchen areas and laundry areas are shared.

Rent is $500 per month and $500 deposit with a one year lease.

SMUD bill is split by all tenants. Xfinity cable is split by all tenants with private hook up in their room. Xfinity wireless internet is split by all tenants using it.

We have a large shared house with 11 people when all of the rooms are rented. We currently have one room available. Our youngest roommate is 36 and the oldest is 70. There are 2 women and 8 men. We are friendly but don’t feel obligated to socialize with each other and value our individual privacy.
