This is a furnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom house. You and I are the only ones living in it. I may have guest stay over in the extra bedroom. There is a queen size bed, night stand, and chester drawers in the room. The washer and dryer are in the air conditioned garage. The shared area are the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Internet is provided via Wi-Fi.
This is a 55+ community and the Property Owner Association interprets the rules that I cannot have a roommate under 55. This is a blatant misreading of the rules. The rule says that one person on the property must be over 55 and that is me.
I am recently retired. I like live music, the beach, playing the drums (electronic so very quiet), going to the pool, eating out, and attending events here in the resort.
I am a geologist/geophysicist. So I am sure we will have some interesting discussions.
