Alexa's room

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom loft apartment. I have already furnished the apartment except for the extra room. We do not pay for water or washer drier amenities, the only utilities we pay are electric and wifi split. I am looking for a room mate for this upcoming year, someone who is clean and responsible. We also have free use of the pool, out door kitchen and lounge area as well as if you have horses there is an arena, barn, turn out pastures, and hot walker. It is an additional 100/month per horse to house a horse.

There are 2 bunk houses, the loft apartment and then the main house. Each bunk house and the loft apartment houses 2 people.
