Robert's room

This is a sublet from now thru July 1. We’ll consider people who want to rent for part of that time but would prefer someone who can stay the entire time.

The available room is huge with tons of afternoon light (AND includes an additional small side room). We’re just a couple short blocks from the Atlantic Barclays subway stop, smack dab in the middle of some of the best neighborhoods in brownstone Brooklyn (Boerum Hill, Park Slope, Fort Greene).

Rent includes utilities – and the additional shared costs in the apartment total $90 per month towards the cost of the internet, a cleaning person twice per month and household items. The room has optional furniture (bed, desk, couch, table, and shelf).

We are currently one male and one female here (not a couple). One of us is an artist and graphic designer who works in the political arena. The other works at an animal hospital likes to drop the occasional Irish-whistle tune on the side.

The downside is some construction in the vicinity. If you’re a light sleeper, or working from home and need absolute silence, this probably isn’t the room for you. And unfortunately we can’t have any pets.
