Place also comes with a washer/dryer. Street is a little bumpy but walking distance from multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and FSU. Feel free to ask any questions about the place you may have.

I would be your only roommate. My current employment however will have me gone from March till September so you’ll have the place to yourself for that timeframe. My idea was to do $400 rent for the month I’m living here with you and $600 for the months I’m not. I am working on renovating some things but I’ll make sure those renovations don’t interfere with your life in any way. When I am home I’ll typically keep to myself however I do like to hang out, chit chat, and have friends over from time to time. I’m a very clean and organized person. I don’t like seeing messes or stuff just laying around. I expect the shared spaces to be left how you found them. If your the same way, I think we’d get along fantastically.
