The home is a modern, new build and located in the walkable neighborhood of Trilith. Ideal for production cast and crew, this home is walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, coffeeshops, grocery store, walking trails, lake, and entertainment venues. Access to resort-style pool, grills, tennis/basketball courts, and trails included. We unfortunately cannot accommodate children or pets at this time. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Additional bedroom with balcony and private bath also available for $2400/month. 3rd bedroom with private bath available for $2000/month.

We are married, young professionals, active in our community. We’re Christian, in our mid-thirties, and occasionally have social gatherings with family and friends.
