About the apartment- This location is very safe, and located in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles. The unit is an upper level duplex. You will be sharing the unit with myself and my 2 cats. I’m looking for someone who is also a CAT person. Open to allowing another friendly cat in the unit, but no dogs, please. No couples.

Parking is available on the street or in the garage. The room is available June 1, 2023. Rent is $2850, split evenly so its $1425 each. Utilities run about $150 each for internet, electric and water bill. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit as well a dishwater, fridge, and kitchen appliances. Central air and heating. Hardwood floors.

More info- I’m looking for someone who is clean and cat- friendly, to share the space with me. I would prefer a non-smoker and around the same age as me. However, I’m open to anyone who would be a good fit. A security deposit and the first months rent will be required to hold the space available in June.
