This means you would be housemates with myself and one other mature male. I am the home owner. You would have an unfurnished bedroom, which is 13’3“ x 11’7“ in size. The bedroom has lots of wall shelving, 2 windows, and a closet. I will be installing 6 brand new electric outlets in the bedroom shortly. You will have use of the bathroom, kitchen and all kitchen supplies (including all pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates and bowls, microwave, cooking oven, etc), clothes washer and clothes dryer, the yard, the large driveway, and plenty of storage in the full basement & 3 outside sheds. I am seeking a mature, responsible, drug and alcohol free adult. Below is a photo of the property. It has off street parking, has a backyard, is surrounded by a small woodlot on 2 sides, and is in a good, safe, quiet neighborhood. This location is near everything you would need. Meaning, within 3 miles of large grocery stores, the mall of NH, the Manchester airport, doctors offices, and close to the highway for easy travel. The bedroom is in the larger house on the left. All utilities and Wifi are included. The house share is $1,100 per month, with $1,100 security deposit required.

Owner is a 48 year old male. 2nd roommate is approximately a 25 year old male. You would be the 3rd and final roommate.
