The room is a 113 sq ft single that is $1025/mo for rent and has a shared bath with 1 other tenant. Price of the room includes utilities (water, gas, electric, trash, wifi). Across the street is also the community club house which has a pool and tennis courts. Minimum lease length is 6 months, but switches to month-to-month afterwards. The backyard is a nice open space made of tile, great for relaxing/ hanging out when the weather is nice. Street parking is readily available. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living room, dining room, and family room are all shared spaces and have new furniture. The kitchen is spacious with a lot of pantry storage space for food, utensils, pots/pans, etc and there is also a second fridge and freezer in the garage which everyone has access to. There is also a laundry room inside the house with washer and dryer.

Smoking outside only. Drinking is fine, having friends over is fine(must notify if a guest stays overnight), but no hosting parties. Security deposit is 1 month’s rent. Both the security deposit and first month’s rent are due when you move in. The room is great for both professionals and I just ask that you be respectful and responsible. Because the house is large I would appreciate housemates who will do their part in helping to keep the house clean, especially the kitchen area as it is the shared space that is the most used.

If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. I have a dog who is 4 years old and occasionally take care of my parent’s dog who is a year younger. However, I do not allow other pets. This is non-negotiatble.

I am a 29/M, easy going, and will be living in the house as well. I work full time 8:30-5:30 M-F and like to relax on the weekend with my girlfriend. The tenant you will be sharing a bathroom with is mid twenties, Male who is clean and respectful. The other tenant is early thirties and also Male.
