Valorie's room

One room available in a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome. All 3 rooms and full bath are upstairs. Half bath downstairs. We do have a washer and dryer, A/C, dishwasher. Good/safe location, very close to stores, and a park within walking distance.

I female, 38, and David, 34. We are both chill people. We don’t go out very much, but do enjoy the outdoors. David works Monday through Friday and my schedule changes. We do have a cat, she’s housebroken, playful and very sweet.
