Two rooms available for rent in a 4 bedroom 2 full bath shared house in Capitol Heights, MD.

Each room has an ample sized closet and comes furnished with a bed, a dresser, and a nightstand with a lamp. The common areas are also lightly furnished with a couch, coffee table and a dining room set.

You must be willing to sign a 6 - month lease. The monthly rent is $800. This includes all utilities, Verizon high speed internet and Vivint Home security. A security deposit equal to one month’s rent is due at lease signing, with first month’s rent due at move-in. All payments are made online through a property management software.

Roommates: The current roommates are two full time working professionals, one female and one male who mostly keep to themselves.

We are looking for roommates who are mature, clean, friendly, and responsible.

To be considered as a tenant, you must complete an online application through apartments.com. The online application includes a background and credit check (which you are responsible for paying the $29.00). This requirement is for your safety and the safety of all the roommates.

Common sense explanations for credit blemishes and background issues will not automatically prevent your application from being denied. You will also have to meet with the current roommates to ensure there is a fit for you and them.

Virtual showings are available if you are unable to come by in person.
