We have a very nice 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome with a spare room for rent in Concord, CA. Two story house, with garage and backyard. House is furnished, the room is not. All new appliances. We have lived here for a few years, and recently had our old housemate move out of state so we are looking to fill this room as of June 1st.
