There an elementary school right down the street. So things stay relatively quiet in the evening time also we never hear about any break-ins. There’s also a golf course less than a block away that’s open to the public. There’s a pool in the back that is 15 steps away from the condo.

I’m a local singer/ med tech at a local hospital. I’m real relaxed and don’t cook a lot but like to go out and have fun. I’m looking for somebody that can hold down their responsibilities and clean up after themselves. That’s a must
