ISO a roommate to fill the second bedroom in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Available 6/1 or as early as Memorial Day weekend for move-in.

Large bedroom and private bathroom in a nearly 1300 square foot apartment. There is a double closet with loads of storage. There is plenty of space in the room for a king sized bed and office furniture. Upstairs unit with a balcony and mountain views. You would have your own private bathroom. The complex is the La Colina Gardens located in the warmest part of town. The grounds are beautifully maintained and it has a newly renovated pool and jacuzzi with BBQ pits. This community is quiet and family friendly. The common spaces in the apartment are fully furnished.

$1725 per month which includes high speed/gaming speed internet, water and trash. I provide all the cleaning supplies for the apartment. The only other utility is electric, which we would split. The cost varies each month and is typically lower in the summer. $1000 security deposit that will go towards last month’s rent.

I am looking for someone who is respectful, clean and financially stable. Preferably someone who does not work from home, or works nights/weekends. Open to either male or female. No large parties at home, but I do like to periodically host small gatherings such as game and movie nights or dinners, which ideally you’d join us for (completely optional though). No couples or regular overnight guests please.

My year lease will be ending at the end of August, so a 3 month minimum commitment is required. I believe the rent will be increasing at the end of the summer, so we can see if we’re a good fit and reevaluate renewing the lease together at that time :)
