Front neighbors are a cool couple and have a big dog named Ripley.

Street is quiet and secluded but not a prohibitively far walk from Abbot-Kinney, the boardwalk/beachfront, or even Santa Monica if you’re feeling slightly ambitious.

The room is the ground floor room, and has a door that goes through to the garage. The shared bathroom is upstairs.
