I’m a divorced mom of two, looking to share my rented home. My girls are fraternal twin 7 year olds. Divorce just became finalized and he’s out July 1st. You will have your own bedroom an bathroom and we will share the house common areas, living room, kitchen, basement and garage for storage, driveway for your car. I have one cat, she’s almost 14, my kids have developed an allergy to her recently, so please no pets. I, looking for a female roommate only, over 25. Help in cleaning common areas. There is also a laundry room in the house an plenty of closet space. It’s a quiet area, and beautiful. bedrooms are on second floor. My kids are asleep by 10 and here Tues, weds, thurs and every other sat & sun. Please no male overnight guests. I don’t do it either bc of the kids. I am dating someone but he doesn’t stay over, and please no loud tv or music after 10, I work from home at night and my kids are asleep, weekends they are not here after 12. I need someone trustworthy and clean, you don’t have to be a total neat freak but basi cleaning up after yourself. Other than that, I’m pretty laid back.
