Brenna's room

Room Details: Private, unfurnished room available in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in a cute community that is less than two miles away from downtown Napa! The room is super clean and has plenty of closet space and natural light. Full bath shared w/ one person (we have a half bath downstairs that is really only used by the occasional guest, so we’ve never run into bathroom issues). Bills are all split three ways (PG&E, Internet & Trash) - about $140 per person during peak months, and a little bit less the rest of the year.

You would have full access to all the already furnished common spaces and a designated parking spot in our two car garage. Second floor laundry room is shared by everyone.

The home is less than a mile from Target, multiple grocery stores, restaurants, the river and all sorts of other good stuff. Just a few blocks from Highway 29 too, which is MEGA convenient.

I am a 27 (F) that works full time from home, and the other tenant is 35 (F) who works full time outside the home. We love to have wine nights, cook meals, do puzzles, play board games or watch a movie, but we also both appreciate time to ourselves. We try to have our home be a calm, fun and enjoyable place!

We are most definitely NOT a party house, so keep that in mind when deciding if you want to reach out! Generally the house is quiet by 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Also, NO pets are allowed; not our rule, but our HOA’s 😢
