Deerpark Drive

The Homestead apartments is great for students since we are located right across from Cal state Fullerton. A nice quiet apt complex with 3 different pools, spas, and laundry facilities. Close to Disney land and knotts berry farm and a 5 min drive from brea mall and many shopping centers. The dog is mine so he will be leaving with me lol.

There are 3 other girls in the apt. All of them are college students of CSU Fullerton. The girl that you share a room with is gone most of the time since she is not here Thursday-Sunday. The room is spacious enough to have a full-size bed on your side, with a huge spacious closet. We are looking for someone to move in by June 1st. A 600$ deposit and 1st months’ rent are due when you agree to sign the lease. Please message me if you are interested.
