Hello! This is a three story townhome, two of the rooms share a bathroom, and there is a third bathroom downstairs. This post is for the master bedroom…you would have two closets, your own bathroom, and ‘his and her’ sinks. The room is very spacious (pictures don’t do it justice). I’m looking for someone friendly, clean, respectful and responsible. Security & credit check are required. The kitchen and common areas are open to everyone. The garage has space for two cars, there is a washer and dryer (also open for all to use), and there is a balcony. This is a gated community with a pool and jacuzzi area. I’m okay with people over, just respect others in the household, but this is not a party house. Please message for details!
I’m a 27 year old female, working full time. I’m pretty quiet and to myself, I enjoy reading and writing poetry, decorating, music, and cooking. I never turn down a good movie night, going out with friends, and good conversation! I would love for everyone to feel like this is a place to call home to whomever moves in! I have a brand new roomie moving in, as the other two current tenants are moving out once the lease is up and we are both hoping for a like minded individual! no she is not a friend or someone I’ve known prior, but someone who fit the role for what I find would be a great addition I have lived here two years, and am hoping to make it three!
