We are looking for someone to fill our opening for 1 private bedroom with shared bath in 4 bedroom house:

• The room is approximately 250 sq. ft, 14’3“ ft x 19’3“ ft. The room has a keyed lock specific for the room. 9ft ceilings! • Cherry hardwood floors throughout the home. • Please note there is no formal living room, just a super large kitchen area, the bedrooms, and your bathroom. • Bathroom shared with one other roommate (22 yr old F, super cool, outgoing and works in HR) • We are looking for 1 roommate to fill the room. • You would have 3 roommates. But the best part is that there are 2 large fridges so 2 people share 1 fridge. • The room is unfurnished • Tons or natural sunlight • Remodeled kitchen • Beautiful hard wood floors and mini blinds on windows. • We’re looking for someone who is ok with handwashing their dishes because there is no dishwasher. • House has AC and central heating. • In-Unit washer and dryer, and they are super large and great for large loads! • Tons of street parking right in front of the house and on the block, but off street parking is available for an additional fee. • Utilities are $125 per person per month for water, garbage, electricity, gas and wifi • Minimum 1 year Lease.

Approximately 1 mile from Sunnyvale Caltrain No pets This is a non-smoking apartment.

We are looking for a roommate who is responsible, respectful and clean!

About the Neighborhood This bedroom with shared bath is in the Snail/West Murphy neighborhood in Sunnyvale. Nearby parks include Sunnyvale Tennis Center, Las Palmas Park, Columbus Park and Washington Park. Close to Linkedin, Google, Apple, Juniper Networks, Nokia, Broadcom, Amazon Lab 126. The closest supermarket is Lucky’s and we are around a 15 minute walk from Sunnyvale Downtown/Caltrain.
