I have a furnished room downstairs with two twin beds(you can change the bed if needed). A half restroom is next to your room, but a complete bathroom is upstairs. The kitchen is near your room as well as the living room. I lived near a hospital, many shopping and restaurant areas, and there also a bus line (CCT) in the area.

I am looking for someone to rent this bedroom. You must be clean, no drama, have employment (income). Background check upon renting, age range is 30 and up. No couples. No pets. Thanks
