The house is about five minutes away from CSU main campus and Fort Collins downtown and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Looking to find someone to take over a lease through the end of July. You have your choice of two rooms on the main floor of the house, the second room would then be split between you and the upstairs roommate as a study/whatever you want. Shared bathroom upstairs with one other person. Communal areas are the rest of the upstairs and the entirety of the basement minus one bedroom that belongs to the second roommate. Small garden available in backyard for use. Washer and dryer located on property. Friendly pets located in house (no additional pets please). There is a separate guest bedroom in case you have a friend or family member over that needs to spend the night.

My name is Shanna but I usually go by Shay. I work as a veterinary technician full time Monday-Friday and the occasional Saturday. I like cooking, baking, reading, working out, camping, hiking, and spending time with my dog. I’m training for a half marathon currently. My room is on the main floor of the house, therefore I will be the person you share the bathroom and study with.

Max is the other roommate, he also works full time as a veterinary technician. He enjoys camping, gaming, hiking, cooking, and gardening. His room is in the basement.

Max and I are looking for a third person to share a living space from now until the end of July. There is the option of renewing your lease for a full year after this short sublet is finished. We both enjoy occasionally binging a good TV show, boardgames, card games, and sharing meals with each other. We would love to find someone who fits into this dynamic but it is not required. As long as you are respectful and communicative about your needs as a roommate we would be happy to live with you. We do ask that you are tidy (don’t worry, we know life happens and we aren’t perfect by any means) and on board with rotating chores (mowing the lawn, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom).
