George's room

You will be sharing a whole house on a perfectly located 1/4 acre lot. Your room is the master bedroom overlooking green space with private bathroom and two closets. The room is suitable for either a single or a couple. Hardwood floors through out. You will share high-end kitchen (e.g. Wolf stove), living room, washer & dryer, outdoor hot tub, deck with grill, great patio. Dedicated off-street parking for your car. Safe, quiet, private lot with gate to a green park. Short bicycle to Stanford. Walk to Starbucks, Dutch Goose, etc., All Utilities are included. No pets please. Note because all utilities are all included, $200 extra if the room is shared by a couple.

Older couple owners live in the back in a separate building and use the shared spaces. 2 single young professional non-smoking roommates live in single rooms in the main house. They like to cook and play games and relax when they are around and not working. We would expect you to be quiet in the evening, and generally respectful of your roommates and keep the common areas clean and tidy.
