About the house & area: The house includes a large kitchen dining area, rooftop deck with a lovely view, full-size washer/dryer, and main floor half bath. Overall it is kept tidy and I would expect everyone to clean up after themselves as well as contribute to any common area needs (paper towels, dishwasher pods, sponges, etc.). Fantastic and safe location! About 4-5 minute walk from canton square. 10min walk from Merritt, 7 min walk from Safeway or Canton Waterfront Park. I am located on a wonderful block with fabulous neighbors (do block clean-ups, block parties, pass out candy for Halloween, etc). Occasionally I have people over (not strangers) and you are more than welcome as well.

I am (29) Graphic Designer working for a defense contractor on a “kind of hybrid” schedule (WFH every other Friday and every other Friday I’m off). I am super laid back and easygoing. I have an almost 3 y/o pit mix, she’s the apple of my eye, she’s a very shy girl but once she gets to know you, she gives you a place in her big heart! She is an absolute sweetheart. I enjoy socializing with friends, cooking, working out, and trying new restaurants in the area. The house is pretty quiet and every now and then I do join VOLO leagues with coworkers and friends, go to trivia nights, do some cooking/grilling, roomie/friends wine nights, etc. On weekends I enjoy staying in or checking out breweries, hiking, cooking/grilling, concerts, hanging out with friends/hosting on the roof deck, venturing over to festivals in Patterson Park, occasionally going out, etc.
