Hi My name is Sabrina and I’ve lived in this gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for about 6 weeks. I was co-leasing with a friend, but she had to move back to Atl, Ga suddenly to be with family.

This is considered a luxury apartment community and its the first apartment community I’ve personally lived in that lives up to that name. The community is amazing and includes a rooftop pool with mountain view, a large gym, and is extremely accessible to everything going on in Denver. It’s about a mile from Wash Park and South Broadway. I’ve walked to that VooDoo Donuts several times before!

The entire apartment is approx 1400 sqft so its very large and its also on the top floor with the best view. The second bedroom is unfurnished. There is apparently relatively inexpensive bedroom furniture rentals for approx $90 a month if you require that. Denver also has great affordable secondhand furniture opportunities.

I am in a bit of a predicament with my previous roommate having to leave so I would be looking for someone to take over her rent and her lease. Please DM me with any questions! I am openminded and excited to hear from you. You may notice the absence of a living room couch, that is because I got rid of my living room furniture to accommodate the roommate who is no longer here. I do plan on replacing it all when I’m able to. My Smart Tv is still mounted though haha. It’s a 420 friendly environment. I’d prefer no tobacco/nicotine vaping as the third hand smoke causes deadly health problems to animals.

About Me: I moved to Colorado 2 years ago for my love of snowboarding and outdoor adventures. I quickly fell in love with this city, this state. I own a middle aged Australian Cattle dog named Harvey and he’s the best! We are open to pet roomies for him, we would just need to make sure they’re able to meet beforehand. I am part of the yoga/meditation community as well.
