UNFURNISHED, ROOM FOR RENT - READY FOR MOVE IN BY JUNE 4th!

Hi! I’m looking for LADIES ONLY (sorry, guys) to take my spot - we’re a house full of women. NO SCAMMERS, EITHER. ————————— Hello, this a 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house filled with 3 other professional women (all 3 have their bedrooms upstairs).

I am currently looking for ANOTHER WOMAN to take my room by early June (exact date to be determined, since I’m waiting to hear back from my new landlord on when my new apartment will be ready for move in; could be earlier, could be a little later but I will keep in touch - EARLY JUNE is the deadline).

PLEASE NOTE: This room was already painted red when I moved in last year (I was too lazy to repaint it myself, but I made it homey nonetheless). It is the smallest room out of the 3 (120 sq.ft total) but has the largest closet space.

•It is the only bedroom on the main floor and is conveniently located right next to the bathroom and laundry unit as well as the kitchen and living room area.

•BATHROOM: It is shared with another person from upstairs (so 2 women occupy the bathroom upstairs, 2 downstairs).

•KITCHEN/LAUNDRY: also shared spaces. Just communicate with the other roommates on who wants to use what just to make it less crowded.

***Other shared spaces: this house has a spacious living room, fire place, and bar area. We also have a nice front porch that is very relaxing to sit in during the late spring/summer time.

•PARKING: there is parking in the garage as well as street parking. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with great folks. The house is conveniently located behind the Springdale shopping area.

•RENT: each person pays their portion of $825/month (not including electricity, gas, and internet). Internet does stay at a consistent rate of $12.50/month while electricity and gas vary, depending on the season. In total, you’re paying at about…$900-something.

Currently, it is all women. 3 of them have their rooms upstairs while this room is the only room downstairs.

All of us work full time jobs and are mostly out of the house during the day. We are, for the most part, quiet and are responsible with our messes.
