House is located in the peaceful, safe and friendly neighborhood of Torrey Hills, adjacent to Del Mar and La Jolla, and there is plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. Beautiful grassy, private, huge backyard with barbecue. Your housemate, if he does say so, is worldly, well-traveled, well educated, intelligent, and open-minded individual. I work from home most of the time, but my office is well apart from most of the house. I’m looking for an easy going, established, honest and straight-forward house-mate who enjoys the finer things in life. Peaceful greenbelt location in private housing development with lots of mature trees, beautiful grassy areas and hiking and biking trails. Just two minutes from the Ocean Air Community Park. Light and airy house, one private room with private bath, plus two private rooms with shared bath. Even though the house has four bedrooms plus a loft, it will only be occupied by three, maybe four people. Beautifully furnished and decorated house with all furniture needed and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. The available bedrooms can be rented furnished, unfurnished, or partially furnished. Washer & Dryer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, A/C, central heat, and a cozy fireplace in the family room. Extremely convenient central location with great freeway access to Interstate 5, Interstate 805, State Routes 52 and 56.
